Welcome to Pink Nerd Printables! I'm thrilled that you've stopped by because I have a lot planned for this store to help make your celebration beautiful, fun, personal an stress-free. Every week I've got something new to show you from invitations, announcements and thank you cards, to party favors and décor that are instantly available through downloads when you're in a time crunch, or personalized with your information and theme to make it all the more special. Printables are really easy to use. Once you place your order, I'll email the file(s) to you via your Etsy email as a JPG or PDF file. You simply save the file to your computer as you would any photo and you're all set to print from home, or upload to any photo lab such as Office Max, Office Depot, Vista Print, Walgreens, etc. In fact, some online labs will even include free envelopes with your order. I'm a work-at-home mom and love what I do. I've been working with graphics for 7 years and have a passion for creating on the computer with top-of-the-line software. I pour my heart and soul into my business and every order that I complete, and love how easy it is to work with printables and how they can pull a party together in no time at all. Payment

Our store hours are from Mon-FRI 9am to 9pm Central standard time. CLOSED SAT-SUN (I DO FILL ORDERS ON THE WEEKENDS SOMETIME, BUT IF I HAVE A FAMILY FUNCTION THE SHOP WILL NOT FILL ORDERS UNTIL THE MONDAY MORNING.) Rush orders can be made Mon - FRI 9am - 11pm Central standard time. ORDER TIME FRAME: You will receive your order via Etsy messaging typically within 24 hours (UNLESS the store is experiencing a high volume of orders or it's the weekend/holiday) AFTER all customization has been received. But, in many cases, I can get to orders within a few hours after order placement. Keep in mind that some days out of the week are much busier than others, and this may also create a delay. The 24 hour time frame is NOT a guarantee due to the variables listed above. Please make sure you submit all party info, sizing and photos at time of purchase as the time frame starts AFTER all customization has been received, NOT order placement (excluding weekends). Not having all info ready at time of purchase will delay the processing of your order.Edit

► EMAILING YOUR PERSONALIZED JPG OR PDF FILES ◄ After placing your order, the digital files will be sent to you via Etsy messages (for proof of delivery) typically within 24 business hours after order placement, but usually within a few hours after I've received ALL customization (UNLESS the store is experiencing a high volume of orders or it's the weekend/holiday). Word Doc files for address labels will be sent to the email address you have linked to your Etsy account as Etsy messages doesn't not accept that file type. A copy of the file(s) will not be sent to your personal email address. This is a high traffic store and there, unfortunately, just isn't enough time in the day to send duplicate emails.

► REFUNDS & MODIFICATIONS TO ORDER ◄ Due to the nature of digital files and the design work involved, NO REFUNDS. All modifications are accepted with some exceptions! ► INSTANT DOWNLOAD LISTINGS - FILES ◄ Like all digital stores, due to the automatic delivery of the digital files being sent to your Etsy account for printing, refunds and exchanges can obviously not be provided for instant download items. Buyer is responsible for reading the product details carefully before purchasing and if you have any queries please contact me BEFORE purchasing. THANK YOU. ► CANCELLED & REFUNDED ORDERS ◄ • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders to those who are not respectful and have demonstrated offending, tumultuous or impolite behavior at any point during the process. Orders will be cancelled if you are a competitor or have received suspicious emails that I deem fraudulent in any way. • Items in the store are not for sale to third parties (ie event planning services) and will be cancelled/fully refunded. ► DUPLICATE INVITATION ORDERS ◄ Due to the nature of the items sold in the store, and copyright privileges, ONLY ONE INVITATION DESIGN MAY BE PURCHASED. If two or more have been purchased, you will be asked to choose 'one' design and the remaining designs will be fully refunded. No exception. Purchaser agrees to these terms at point of purchase and has read this policy fully prior to purchasing.
